Invisible Album is a social initiative that developed a national infrastructure for referring veterans who suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) to rehabilitation processes with just a click of a mouse. The referral is made through a technological interface that brings together all the leading rehabilitation programs, where all programs are subsidized or given for free.
